Price and payment
The price shown on the product page is charged in euros through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not received or stored by the seller.
The seller applies the small-business scheme under § 19 UStG. VAT is therefore not charged or shown on the invoice.
Contract and delivery
The contract is concluded when payment succeeds. Digital delivery begins immediately after payment. Files are sent to the checkout email address and are also available from the protected order page. The invoice is sent separately.
Ordering steps and correcting errors
- On a product page, press “Buy now” or “Add to cart” — the product goes into the cart.
- In the cart, check the products and the total. You can remove items or add others.
- Tick the box for immediate delivery of the files and press “Go to payment”.
- On Stripe’s payment page, enter your email address and payment details, check the products and the total, and confirm with the pay button.
Until you confirm the payment you can correct input errors: in the cart by removing or adding products, and on Stripe’s page by changing your email or payment details or by going back to this site with the back link.
These terms are available on this page at any time and can be saved or printed. The order data, your consents and the terms version are stored with the order; the payment confirmation and the invoice are sent by email.
The contract is concluded in English or Russian — the language of the page on which you placed the order.
Licence
All kit materials — texts, prompts, instructions, diagrams and code — are protected by copyright and belong to me. Your purchase grants a simple, non-transferable right to use and adapt the files for yourself and your own work. You may share and use them with members of your family and household for private, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: resell them; publish them (social media, channels, chats, websites, file-sharing services); pass them to third parties outside your family; present the materials or adaptations of them as your own or remove the authorship notice; or turn them into another product for distribution.
Infringement entitles me to demand that it stop, that published copies be removed, and to claim damages and legal costs (Sections 97, 97a UrhG, German Copyright Act); intentional unlawful distribution may also be prosecuted as a criminal offence (Section 106 UrhG). The same rights are protected across the EU (Directive 2001/29/EC).
Rights in case of defects
The statutory rights in case of defects of digital products apply (Sections 327 et seq. BGB).
Updates and support
If a purchased kit is updated, the updated version is included. If delivery fails, reply to an order email or write to the support address shown there. The order page also offers a bounded resend action.
Withdrawal and voluntary refund
See the separate right of withdrawal and refund information.
Applicable law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you normally live remain unaffected.
