Right of withdrawal and refunds

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Viacheslav Spitsyn, Otto-Michael-Str. 16, 04357 Leipzig, Germany, hi@slavaspitsyn.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw. The reimbursement uses the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When the right of withdrawal ends early

For digital files, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins if you expressly asked for delivery to begin before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and the seller confirmed this to you (Section 356 (5) BGB).

The cart therefore shows one checkbox, never pre-ticked, that contains both statements: the request for immediate delivery and the acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends. The accepted wording, terms version, and time are recorded with the order and repeated in the payment confirmation email.

Voluntary 14-day refund

Separately from the statutory right: if the kit is not right for you, email within 14 days of purchase and the payment will be refunded without requiring a reason.

Conditions of the voluntary refund:

• Once the money is refunded, the licence to the materials of that order ends: delete the files and do not use them any more.
• The voluntary refund applies once per buyer, recognised by the email address of the order.
• In case of obvious abuse, for example repeated purchases made to claim refunds, I may decline the voluntary refund.

This voluntary promise does not limit your statutory rights — the right of withdrawal and your rights in case of defects.

How to request it

Email hi@slavaspitsyn.com with the order reference shown in every order email and on the order page. The payment is returned through the original method and a corrective invoice is sent by email.
