About me

Who I am

I’m Slava Spitsyn. I’ve been building my own businesses for 20 years, and working online since 2015: online stores, websites, SEO, marketing and operations.

I’ve always preferred running my own business and working with partners.

Now I’m building AI First Company: a company where AI does the work while I set the tasks and make the decisions.

I do things by hand when I can’t delegate them to an agent.

My story

• I moved to Germany with my family.
• I live in Leipzig and have two children.
• I’ve started from zero twice and rebuilt both times.

I’ve rebuilt myself, too: 43 kg lost, a new country, a new line of work.

That journey continues through my own projects, AI agents, and openly sharing what comes out of it.

What I’m building now

AI First Company is a company where AI agents do work that would normally go to employees. I set the tasks, make the decisions and see the work through.

Sales, emails, documents, content and websites — I’m connecting this work into one system. One person and a set of agents handle tasks that would usually take a team.

I share how it comes together in practice: what worked, what broke and what it cost.

What I share

On YouTube, Instagram and Threads, I share my experience with business, AI assistants, and automating work and everyday tasks. I show what I’m building, what I use, where I get things wrong and what actually helps.
