About
Curious first. Founder second. Always building.
I’m Slava Spitsyn. I build companies and communities around technology, and I keep looking for the moment when a strange new idea becomes genuinely useful.
The labels are useful, but none of them is the whole story: founder, entrepreneur, AI community builder, AI-first integrator. The simpler version is that I care deeply about technology and the future it creates around us.
What keeps pulling me back
I spend a lot of time with AI systems: retrieval and RAG, language models, agents, memory, and the difficult distance between an exciting demo and something people can actually use. I’m interested in the technology, but even more in what it changes for founders, teams and ordinary life.
The stories behind the systems
Long before today’s AI wave, science fiction gave me a language for thinking about the future. Star Trek, Star Wars, Isaac Asimov, Dune — old versions and new adaptations alike. I like the ambition of those worlds, their contradictions, and the questions they leave open about intelligence, power and being human.
Why this site exists
This is not a catalogue of services. It is a place for thoughtful notes, experiments, forecasts, things I got wrong, and signals I think are worth following. I’m publishing in English because I want the conversation to reach beyond the borders of the work I already know.
If that sounds like your kind of conversation, the newsletter is the best place to join it.
One thoughtful letter at a time. No noise. By subscribing, you agree to the privacy policy.
