For business

AI systems I run my own business on

A content system from idea to payment, a shared memory for people and agents, and work to order. No prices here: I name the cost before we start.

Full-cycle content system: from idea to payment

This is the system I work on myself. Ten steps — at each one, how it runs for me and whose work it takes over.

  1. 01

    Idea

For me: I say it by voice in Telegram — the note lands in my base of tasks and ideas.

Instead of: an assistant taking notes

  2. 02

    Creation

For me: Agents write posts, carousels, reels and captions for each platform, and check facts and Meta’s rules.

Instead of: a copywriter, a designer, an editor

  3. 03

    Distribution

For me: TryPost publishes on a schedule with no empty days: 17 accounts on six networks (as of 17.10).

Instead of: a social media manager

  4. 04

    Control

For me: A watchdog agent on a separate server reads the publishing queue and warns me about failures.

Instead of: checking by hand that everything went out

  5. 05

    Conversations

For me: A keyword in the comments gets one direct message within Meta’s rules; all chats sit in one console.

Instead of: a manager answering messages

  6. 06

    Funnel

For me: Channel pin → bot → free lesson → review → club or shop.

Instead of: a marketer leading people by hand

  7. 07

    Sale

For me: Card payment via Stripe; a subscription is cancelled with one button.

    Instead of: a sales manager

  8. 08

    After payment

For me: A numbered invoice and the files arrive by email by themselves; the licence and a corrective invoice on refund too.

Instead of: part of the bookkeeping and support

  9. 09

    Analytics

For me: One report in the bot: how many came through each link, got the lesson, left a request, paid.

Instead of: an analyst collecting numbers

  10. 10

    Memory

For me: Second Brain: agents remember decisions and do not start from scratch.

    Instead of: asking whoever remembers

Where to start: a review and an implementation plan

A paid start for any of the systems. I look at your processes and data, then send a written implementation plan and a short video that walks you through it. I name the cost before we begin, and it is credited if you go on with the system.

This is not the free 15–20 minute call from my Telegram channel — that one is just to get to know your task.

Second Brain

Shared memory for you, your team and your AI agents. Decisions, agreements and know-how stop getting lost between chats and people.

Since April my agents write a digest of every working session into a shared base. A new agent finds an earlier decision instead of inventing it again.

  1. 01

    On your own

The Librarian Starter Kit from my shop: you hand it to your agent in Claude Code or Codex, and it installs the memory on your computer step by step.

  2. 02

    Done for you

I connect your Claude or Codex to a shared memory, move your notes over and set up two or three working scenarios with you.

  3. 03

    For your team

Shared memory for the team and its agents, with access rights, and training for the people who use it. Ongoing support if you want it.

AI for mail and invoices on your own hardware

A local model in your office collects invoices from a mailbox, reads them and files them for your bookkeeping. The processing runs on your hardware: emails and invoices are not sent to cloud AI services. A custom setup; the hardware is paid separately.

What else I build to order

Each of these runs in my own business — that is where the examples come from.

  • An AI agent in Telegram. My assistant Smith keeps my tasks and reminders and sends the day’s plan in the morning and a summary in the evening.
  • Night agents. A robot fills in the forms on my sites every two hours and alerts me when one breaks; an agent handles SEO for my sites.
  • Mail in one window. My mailboxes sit in one window on my own server; an agent sorts new mail and drafts replies, and only I press send.

How to recommend me

I am a fit for entrepreneurs and teams who want AI systems to take over their content, conversations with clients and routine.

Thank you — recommendations matter more to me than advertising.

  • If someone you recommended becomes a paying client — pays for a review, a service or a product — I say thank you with a product: a month of AI First Club or a kit from my shop, your choice. Not money.
  • The client names you themselves: they mention who recommended them in their e-mail. A request or a subscription without a payment does not count, and neither does recommending yourself.
  • Recommend me personally to people who really need this. Mass mailings and spam get no thanks.
  • The thank-you is at my discretion: it is not a contest and not an obligation.
